Well... A Fast Year!

Can you believe we are headed into 2024?!?!

I do not know about you, but this year has gone by so fast. Like any year, 2023 was full of ups and downs.

The highlight of my year was starting my 200 hour yoga teacher training. This is something I NEVER thought I would do. When I first started doing yoga I really only expected it to be something I did a few times a week, and that is it. Here we are, a few years later, and I am working towards becoming a yoga teacher!

I won't go into too many details, but I have plans and great ideas to come in 2024. I will keep everyone updated here as to those plans, so stay tuned for more.
