Yogi Raw Life Life
Hey Yogis! I am going to keep my blog a little short today. I am checking in to see how everyone is doing. I know many are awaiting for winter to turn into spring. Spring is a time of awakening, a time of renewal, a time for flowers, and probably some sneezes (at least for me.)
I also think it is time to challenge yourself into trying something new. I know I talked about resolutions in the past, and it is not about "resolving" to be different, it is about TRYING. I know a great wise green one once said "Do or do not. There is no try," but I disagree there is so much in trying.
I got into yoga by giving it a try. I didn't sign up for a class and said,"this is what I am going to do, I am a yogi now." It was more like "I want to try this to see if I like it." Honestly, I tried yoga in my early 20s and I was like "what the heck was that, no thanks." I certainly tried it then, and it was a different outcome. You try foods to see if you like them. You try out for teams. I tried a photography class a few years back, I tried making jewelry (and I still try making things now!) Trying can be fun!
There is no harm in trying. If there is something you want to do, give it a try. I am going to speak something into the universe here, but I want to try yoga teacher training. Oh, YTT, you have been on my mind for a while now. I am going to try it. I am saying it out loud, putting it into the universe.Does this mean that Kristy at Yogi Raw Life will be a yoga teacher? I don't know, but I certainly plan to try!
